We currently ship to locations within the United States and select international destinations. Please note that shipping fees and delivery times may vary depending on your location.
2. Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders:

- Expedited Shipping: Delivery within 2-3 business days
- Priority Shipping: Next-day delivery (available for certain locations)
For international shipments, the available shipping methods will be presented at checkout based on your location.

All orders are processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed, excluding weekends and holidays. Please note that some items may require additional processing time due to availability, high demand, or custom configurations. You will be notified if there are any delays with your order.

6. International Shipping

CoutureFormCiteino is not responsible for any delays or additional charges that may occur during the customs clearance process.

- International Orders: Delivery time for international orders typically ranges from 7-21 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Please note that unforeseen circumstances, such as inclement weather or carrier delays, may impact delivery times.
8. Shipping Restrictions
We currently do not ship to P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or certain remote locations. If we are unable to fulfill your order due to shipping restrictions, we will notify you promptly and offer a full refund or alternative shipping options if available.
9. Damaged or Lost Shipments
